Our manager will contact our clients asap, client always can schedule an appointment for estimates, and ask as many questions as he/she wants!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step it’s figure out the problem or request client wants us to fix. The second step it’s make all possible to explain what our team will do, create an estimates, make sure client is satisfied with suggested service. The third step it’s scheduled an appointment, day&time which is the most convenient for our client. The fourth step it’s make awesome job, be sure that client is satisfied, and get a positive review!
