Norman was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. He helped me pick out a new laptop and was able to backup all my data from my old laptop. He traveled to my home for all the work, I never had to leave my house!

Norman was able to come out quickly and help us when our entire wireless network went down at our business. He was VERY responsive and easy to communicate with, showed up exactly when he said he would, and was able to diagnose the issue and educate our team on what happened.
