M was absolutely fantastic to work with for our 11th annual Global Inclusion Conference in Chicago. M has a way of making everyone feel comfortable and seen. I single handedly watched them make each one of the students come out of their shell during their professional headshots. They navigated the conference atmosphere so well and captured every aspect that we could have hoped for. They transitioned between presentation rooms, large keynote speakers and panels to the expo hall and captured the essence of each room. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack will provide you with a general estimate, however, additional fees may apply for time, travel, set design, or props. I require a signed contract and a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The other 50% will be due on the day of your session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I work to understand my client’s needs: Session dates, deadlines, locations, outfits, etc. I will take all your session needs into account and provide a thorough estimate. Next, I’ll send over appointment details, a contract, and an invoice with a 50% deposit requirement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My bachelor's degree is specialized in photojournalism and I have been trained in studio portraiture and film production by local professionals. I'm also a freelance film worker and have worked on Netflix documentaries, HBO shows, and more.
