Will was honest, efficient, and direct in communication. He repaired our garbage disposal, saving us the cost of a new unit, adjusted two shower temperature controls, fixed a toilet that would not stop running (water savings), and identified some issue areas we did not even think about. I would not hesitate o use again. He also advised that a couple of things that we pointed out were fine and not to spend the $$$ on a repair that was not needed (integrity there). Good guy and great service!
