As a long time Local in Da City’ I have experienced a all time High’ in having a sorely needed essential repair of a home necessity.. Once the call was made, Bill came out to inspect the job and provide cost, which was Acceptable to a disabled person . The very next day, Chris came over with the necessary items, and replaced our tired’ bowl with a fully functional unit, providing essential ‘relief’… which was greatly appreciated !

Bill was amazing. He responded immediately after I reached out on thumbtack and was ready with availability the next morning (2 days before Christmas). I had a leaking ball valve on my water tank cold inlet. He explained the issue clearly and gave me options for the repair. I chose to get the whole thing repaired and he went out of his way to not only get the proper press fitting, he also is quite the teacher for those who love to learn from experts. I will absolutely hire him for all my plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs. See photos of the leaking ball valve and the replacement pressed ball valve.

Bill came out and repaired a time sensitive failure of my furnace on New Years Day. He skillfully diagnosed the issue, managed to source parts when the majority of the supply stores in the city were closed for the holiday, and got the furnace repaired all in a timely fashion. He achieved all of this with professionalism and educated me on the nature of the repair along the way. I’ll definitely be reaching out to him for any future repairs needed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give flat rate pricing on common small jobs. Jobs that require diagnosis will have a min. charge of $129. This covers the trip and 1 hour of working time. Its $100 - $150 an hour after that. Depending on the type of work. Larger jobs without diagnostic time are estimated free when time allows. We do not perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact with the customer and get all the info I can about the project or problem. Determine the date and time customer has available for the work. Send an estimate to the customer via SMS or email. Wait for confirmation written or verbal. Dispatch service tech. All that is bypassed for emergency work. We just respond.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years work experience in the trades, trade schools, collage and continuing education to stay current.
