Panda appliance had nearly 3 to 4 appointments to fix a Frigidaire washer. We worked with Han and Kai. Ultimately we were charged nearly 460$ for replacing the control board and pressure switch alongwith labor.
After the repairs the washer was still not working and we were told "something else may be the problem". After a difficult back and forth and wasting our tenants time, we were given a refund for the labor.
Since this was just before holidays tenant had to struggle throughout without washer. Finally today another technician from Astera Heating and Cooling visited (also through thumbtack) and they're saying that nothing was replaced (neither the pressure switch nor the control board). Thisbtechnician also provided picture proof showing nothing being replaced.
