Han is super talented! He arrived to provide me with a quote. At that time I was thinking about maybe just getting buying a new Refrigerator because my freezer wouldn’t open without ice falling all over the floor.
Han walked me through the thought process of how much I would actually be spending versus having it fixed. He was 100% correct.
There were tasks that I would have never thought of on my own that would have cost me a fortune. Not that I didn’t want it fixed; I was simply considering buying a new one.
His knowledge of Refrigeration and Freezer issues is seriously unbelievable. He is a professional that knows his business and that’s why this is the only thing he does.
He actually scraped out a ton of ice buildup and put towels down in case it leaked in the front and back. Han went above and beyond the call of duty for me.
He ordered the parts I needed and came back two days later to fix it. It is refreshing to meet and work with him. He made my life so much easier and it was an extremely fair price. He saved me a fortune in not choosing to buy a new one.
I wholeheartedly recommend Panda to anyone looking for Appliance Repair. Panda can fix anything much faster and a whole lot less expensive than buying a new one, not to mention the hassle of buying a replacement and all the work and cost involved.

Our tenant’s dishwasher stopped working suddenly, and our troubleshooting wasn’t solving the issue. Han was very responsive to our messages and scheduled to come first thing the next morning. He arrived on time and communicated well about his timing. He diagnosed and fixed the dishwasher in 15 minutes and explained what the issue was and how to prevent it from happening again. Couldn’t be happier with his service. Will definitely be going to him for our appliance repair needs going forward!
