I’ve used Magic Men a few times now and have never been disappointed. Big fan and very happy customer! They are super responsive even on a Sunday, willing to work around schedules and really good creative problem solvers. I don’t feel like he’s ever trying to take advantage but always work out what’s best. I can tell they know what they are doing and would both trust and reco them for any project!

Charles arrived exactly on time even a bit earlier than expected. He immediately assessed the issues and gave me a price and the amount of time it would take to fix on the spot. He even had all the parts needed which was even better! Finished the job very quickly and everything works great. Magic Men came to my townhouse and they were honest, forthright, and took time in getting the job done the right way. Charles came back and did some grout work on my shower as well as cleaned out my shower body sprays, very happy with his work and how he explained to me the issues. The head boss, Mike ran the crew and answered all my questions and got back to me when I contacted hime within minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing needs. I'm also going to use them to do some other work in my house after I receive a proposal.

I contacted Magic Men Services, received response by phone within 10 minutes, in which they arrived at my home within an hour, assessed the issue with my water heater, quoted an affordable estimate, retrieved a new one, replaced the broke one, got rid of it, completed the job within 21/2 - 3 hours. I am very pleased with this team. Great work!
