Mike came by to assess an issue we were having with the faucet in our downstairs bathroom. He first identified what the problem was, and explained to me what it was, what his recommendation was for the repair, and how much it would cost me. I had spoken to 6 other plumbing companies about this issue, and Mike's quote seemed very fair as per the market rate. I was happy with the work that was done, and with how Mike educated me about the issue, and what to look out for about the plumbing in my entire house in general. I certainly would contact Mike again for future plumbing tasks.
