We highly recommend this business for pest control. We have used them the past 2 years and could not be happier! Being outside with our kids/family without being ate alive by mosquitos is so much more enjoyable! Definitely well worth the cost!

I have used Mosquito Authority for a couple of years now and I tell you what ! This is the real deal! With all the rain we have had I can sit on my deck at dusk and enjoy the weather without swatting mosquitos. I recently added the pest service and I could not be happier! I had a pest company for years before hiring Tim and hands down way better service, way better results. Run don't walk if you want to be mosquito and bug free! Highly recommend.

We live on an acreage near several water sources. Weve had our property sprayed for mosquitoes with another servicer since 2018. This year has been really bad with all the rain and we werent seeing any improvement with our regular servicer, even the same week they treated.The mosquitoes have been swarming, making it impossible for us to spend time outdoors or even to take the dog outside.Tim came out early this morning and spent quality time explaining everything and spent over an hour treating our property (spraying areas never touched by the other servicer). Tim is knowledgeable and friendly.The best part - by lunchtime, we were able to go outside and have seen substantial improvement already. You have EARNED yourself a loyal customer. We look forward to seeing Tim next month for our next service.

I recently moved to the Johnston, IA area and was a little skeptical when I heard about mosquito mitigation. I called Mosquito Authority and spoke to Tim who assured me that it was possible to make my yard a fun place to hang out w/o getting chewed on non stop. I was a little late in the season getting started but I gave it a try and Im glad I did, the first application did wonders and it has only gotten better since then. Thank you Tim and Mosquito Authority. Ill continue in the upcoming years as well, well worth it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge as little as $39/month for general pest control for an average residential home. We will do a free on-site estimate if requested. price depends on the type and number of services you have with is and discounts are given for bundled services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For protection around your home we either do an in person or online estimate for you. If you already have a pest issue we may need to schedule an on site visit to better assess the problem and give you an accurate quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are state certified to meet the minimum requirements. But we then have training through the franchise which brings a professionalism to our service. We are regularly doing online training to help us provide the best possible services and solutions for our customers.
