- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always up front with my customers and what it will cost to accomplish their plumbing repair or replacement needs. It is hard to give pricing over the phone due to al of the variables. However once I’ve walked the job site and gone over all the customers concerns or requests I’m always able to give upfront honest pricing to them before beginning the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first goal is to ensure the customer they’ve chosen the right person for their needs. My second process is to build a relationship with my customers so they feel comfortable with their choice to hire me and that they know they’re in the most professional and experienced hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been on plumbing jobs since I was 8 years old. I’ve done everything from drain clearing, drain cleaning, camera inspections, leak detection for water, sewer and gas, drain hydro-jetting, drain descaling, drain sanding, sewer system rejuvenation, plumbing services for new and existing homes and commercial properties, every type of water heating systems, fixture repairs and installations and much more.
