- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices/ packages are typically catered for events that rent our booths for 4 hours, however for events that only require 2 or 3 hours, there would be lower rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to any interested customer via phone call or zoom (whichever the customer prefers) where we inquire all the details for their even so we can have everything specialized to their liking.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is the theme of your event? What are your color schemes? Do you prefer prints or digitals?
