I am so grateful I found Phyllis from Be More Balloons on Thumbtack! I was planning a graduation ceremony and I had the thought of having balloon decor, but I knew that this would be no ordinary task as the location where we were having the ceremony was fairly large and I didn't want the balloon design to be swallowed up by the stage.
I reached out to Phyllis and explained what I was looking for with a few photos for inspiration and measurements for an estimate along the colors we wanted. Then they said they would be able to do the job! Several weeks later one of their team members came out to see the location in person for a more adequate visual of our venue.
Then when it came time for them to set up, they came and got to work promptly. Several hours later, our stage was transformed into the most glorious balloon arches I've ever seen! What we asked for is exactly what we received! Between their setup and our ceremony date, one of the arches started to droop a smidge but Phyllis and her team came back the day before the ceremony to fix the drooping arch and make it good as new! Great customer service!
Since this was our first ceremony, we didn’t know how it was going to go, but it went so great and the balloons truly made the event even more special! Thank you again to Phyllis and her team for making this such a memorable event. We look forward to working with Be More Balloons again!

I just can't say enough about working with Janelle at Pop Balloons and Photo. I wish there was a box to check for "Caring" and "Involved" because she didn't just take care of an order for me. She helped me design bouquets that would add value to the ambiance we were creating. The bouquets were for the Rainbow Village Gala and we used them to draw attention to the stations around the ballroom where we wanted guests to stop by and - well - spend money to support the charity. They added so much and were harmonious with the rest of the decor. I don't have a photo yet because I'm waiting on the ones from our professional but I just couldn't wait to say she is amazing and that she's worth WAY more than 5 stars!! Stop looking and book Janelle and Pop Balloons and Photo :)!!
