I used VinoBlaque Balloons & Decor for my stepdaughter’s 30th birthday dinner. She was AMAZING. I needed last minute Balloons and she came through. She didn’t try to take advantage due to my last minute booking. VERY responsive, professional and talented. I had a GREAT experience using this company. Can’t wait to use her again for my next event. Shari and her daughter were wonderful! They communicated well and promptly. They were quick and efficient. Everyone, especially my daughter loved the balloons. She wanted to take them home. They finished in no time. They worked with the decorating team and the price was great! I would definitely hire them again.

My experience with AClass Events was OK. The hotel I booked with didn’t allow balloons as I thought so we had to make something work with what we had last minute. I ordered 82 balloons, her estimate was $275, so since i couldn’t use balloons I only snuck in the happy birthday balloon and the number 18 balloon. i asked her if i could have a discount since we were only doing the happy birthday sign and the number 18 balloon and she gave me a discount, but only $20 dollars off. obviously i was not about to pay $255 just for her to hang up a sign and tape the number 18 on the wall with 2 foil backdrops, so i had to go the store and buy more decorations with money I budgeted for something else. she made it very clear i still had to pay $255 dollars so I made my family stop decorating the dessert table and kindly asked her to do it to get my money worth. when i came back from the store with the rest of my decorations (which was only flower petals) she and her daughter were sitting on the couch packed up, ready to go, telling me they had to head out because of a “baby shower”, I seen the balloon i wanted on the wall wasn’t there so i kindly asked her to do that, she said no and gave me suggestions on how to do it myself and how she thinks that isn’t a good idea for whatever reason, and that started an argument with her and her daughter because the daughter wanted her to listen to me, which made the environment quite awkward. I told her I still had more foil backdrops to put up and her exact words were “girl nobody is going to see that when you are taking pictures”, I sat there patiently waiting for her to do it because I paid her to do a service and excuses were being thrown out. I then told her i’m not comfortable touching any decorations because I am paying her $255 to do exactly what she is suggesting to me and she told me she “did not have to do any of this for me, but since she has 2 daughters she felt bad and came anyway” again, made the environment awkward. anyway, once she realized I wasn’t going to touch any decorations and I wasn’t paying her until she finished my request she did what I asked quickly. although i could not blow my balloons up she let me keep all the balloons ordered as I requested. although all this happened the room came out beautiful, so i will give the experience a 7/10, not the best, but not the worst.

Juanita was so quick to respond and I appreciated that since I had to find someone within a month to do a balloon garland for my son’s first birthday. She was easy to work with and the quality of her work and price can’t be beat. I would highly recommend her to someone looking for this type of decor at their next event!

Be More Balloons did exceptional work for my fathers 65th birthday! This was our first big event since covid came about in 2020 and I had the responsibility of handling all decor and was petrified. Phyllis quickly put me at ease and handled everything with a pleasant and calming demeanor. She made and delivered an arch for the entrance, 12 center pieces for the tables, and 2 columns. All were decked out in my fathers favorite colors (purple and gold). I couldn’t have been happier with their work & service! They were early on arrival, responsive all the way through the day of drop off and setup, and are clearly a family oriented business! I will be using them moving forward for all other events!

Unfortunately we were disappointed in our overall experience. The finished design was okay. But essential, agreed upon design elements were left out of our final design. Which created stress last minute. They were still setting up as guest were arriving. My husband had to help them clean up their mess & finish because our event was starting.
One of them left their personal beverage/trash out the entire party we found as we were cleaning up.
I was concerned when they arrived without any balloons inflated in advanced. We had 3 hours to decorate. It sounds like a lot of time. But it goes by quickly if theres not proper execution, a plan, efficient staff and a sense of urgency.
I wish I could give a better review but we were very disappointed.
