Provino Granite was okay to work with. My experience was better until it came down to the installation. I had 3 countertops in one home installed. I communicated which faucet should be installed in each room, so they'd know how many holes to drill in each countertop. However, the holes were not drilled for the right rooms. I'd requested the one hold faucet to be in the half bath and the 3 hole sink to be in the bedroom, which it wasn't done this way, it was flip flop.
Also, the kitchen sink that they included with the quote made it harder for the plumber to install. Because the holes in the sink are not centered and the holes are pretty much situated right by the wall where the piping is, the plumber had to totally redo the piping, which was more complicated than it should have been if the holes in the sink were centered. This was told to me by two different plumbers. Overall, the countertops were installed and they were okay to work with but I did run into a couple issues.

V&M installed new granite countertops in two of my bathrooms. I could only select 3 of the 5 things I liked about them but they deserved all 5. Jose was my Project Mgr and he was very responsive to all of my inquires from day one. He was both professional and accommodating. Also, the team of ladies at their office were friendly and helpful during my visit to view materials. Lastly, the installers were punctual and did a great job.
