After bought our new house, my wife and I decided to give the 15 year old kitchen a new and modern look. Out of thin air, we quickly decided to give V & M Granite a try because of their professionalism and punctuality on the day of estimate. Looking back, it is one of the best decisions we've made. Upon our first meeting, Oscar and Emilio showed us the options of gutting the entire kitchen vs. keeping the backbone and replacing doors and drawers. We were impressed with the price we could potentially save by keeping the old cabinet frames and went along with it. After the initial meeting, within the next few days, Oscar and his carpenter carefully took measurements of existing cabinets and promised us the project would be finished in three weeks. As any other projects, when you let one contractor do everything, usually he would charge you for all the little details he needs to take care of. Well, that's not the case with V & M. Oscar actually offered us free installation of all kitchen appliances, free plumbing, and free backsplash. The project progressed EXACTLY as Oscar promised. My wife and I never had to be on site and all the work was taken care of as promised. In addition, Oscar went the extra mile by aligning un-leveled cabinets and fitting decorative wood trim in between door frame and cabinets. And most importantly, the final price is only few hundred dollars more than the initial quote, which to me, is very rare just because most of my past projects had on average more than 20% of overage in final bills. From the photos below, you can see the COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION of our kitchen. My wife and I cannot be more happy with the end product done by V & M. Compared to my other concurrent projects, I find more values from V & M in several aspects as below. Price: Almost the lowest among all four quotes we received. The fact Oscar offered the lower price option of keeping original cabinet frame saved us more than six grand! Quality: Top notch! I say they did a better job than the last contractor we hired from Home Depot at two thirds of the price. Customer service: Every project has areas where human errors are made. Often times, if a customer doesn't spot them within the first few days, he is on his own. Again, V & M has changed my stereotype thinking. One month after the project completion, my wife saw a drop of paint on the island and we sent a text to Oscar, the next day Antonio showed up at our front door with the big smile and scraped the paint off using a razor blade. I highly recommend V & M to anyone who needs anything kitchen or bathroom related! Call Oscar with confidence.

Beautiful work done by V & M on my granite countertops and backsplash installation! Ms. Brenda, the sales manager, was punctual and friendly. Antonio was as well when visiting to take measurements. Pablo and Mauricio did great work on the install. They worked carefully and took care to protect my home. In less than one week from my initial contact with Brenda (which was a couple of days after Alexa immediately replied to my message on Thumbtack), the job was complete! This company is extremely professional, the price was reasonable and I would definitely use them again. Thank you!

We were totally pleased with V&M from start to finish. Janeth came out to measure and quote our job of replacing kitchen countertops and leveling down the bar height to countertop and extending it into a radius. Everything we asked for they carried through on. When we had a hard time choosing granite from the the first two resources they found us exactly what we wanted. The installers were excellent and everything went smoothly. Janeth was super patient with us and never tried to rush or push decisions from us. Would highly recommend them!
