I hired Purple Print Event Design to decorate for my wedding in Savannah, GA on 9/2/23. Chimere and her team were excellent!! Chimere was easy to work with. She has a great personality and was excited about my wedding. I could always reach her by phone and email whenever I had questions. She traveled to Savannah, GA for my event. She was punctual to set up for the event and was punctual to break down after the event was over. The room was beautiful! I got so many compliments on the decorations. She and her team definitely helped to make my wedding day unforgettable.

AM Entertainment and Event services was awesome!!! They provided decorations for my wife’s surprise 50th birthday party. We spoke several times on the phone to confirm the details. The room was decorated to a tee and my wife loved all the fine touches. They even thought about the smallest details including a bouquet of roses for my wife. I would highly recommend them for professional, well thought out, and simply wonderful experience.

My company hired Bruce for our Corporate party this past December 30th 2016 and at first he was amazing to work with and would answer everything with speed and after he was given the business to decorate the party and the money which we paid he then became almost impossible to reach and would answer emails and phone calls very few and in between. Also he gave us an amazing proposal of all these amazing things in which he wanted to decorate our "Winter Wonderland" themed party but once we entered the room we were highly disappointed. There was no amazing entry way as promised and the room was no where near decorated with what he promised. The only promise he kept was the centerpieces which they were beautiful but that was it the room was very bland for paying a little over $5000. For what we actually received and from what we were promised it really made us upset and in so we tried to reach him after to discuss the issues and of course he will not return our calls. I worked very hard in trying to make sure our employees received a grand event. I would not recommend him to anyone for any reason. We really were hoping he was going to come through. We could have taken the money we paid to him and decorated it more grander ourselves. If you hire him as your decorator you will be highly disappointed.

Taylor is very responsive when you initially inquire and when she sends an invoice for payment - she will send payment reminder texts and emails as well. However, once all is said and done, she is difficult to get a hold of. She requires all payment upfront, which in hindsight, is very different from other vendors I’ve worked with in the past.
Long story short, I sent inspiration photos for our baby shower, which she stated she would be able to match/replicate. However, the delivery on the day of was far from that. We were missing things that I paid for in advance (she told me she would need all payment submitted prior to execution/set up in order to reserve those items). I was missing several table linens, a custom sign, and decor for a dessert table. These things were all confirmed via text message multiple times prior to the event. My event was in July. I reached out to her shortly after my event to discuss the issues I noted only to find out she was AWARE that these items/decor pieces were missing/not provided because they didn’t look good when her team put them up, so she decided to leave them out. I appreciate that viewpoint, but what I do not appreciate is that until I reached out regarding what I noticed (services paid for vs services received), she NEVER approached me for a refund for the things I never received. To me, that is very deceitful and dishonest. I didn’t think a vendor would do such a thing but here we are. Today, mid September, I finally got the refund I’ve been discussing with her (that she admitted I should rightfully receive via multiple text messages). She stops responding to messages and then responds when she wants to - hence the delay.
Taylor is overall friendly, but I cannot in good conscience refer her to any friends or family. Two stars for what we did receive on the day of our baby shower.
