- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based to meet your request in needs. I create multiple proposals for most clients. 1 proposal is simple and elegant. The second is usually for my over the top lover!! Depending on request you may see fees such as: Retainer: (This fee is to lock me in for your event. Events that are more than 8 months away have a lower retainer. Events that are less than 6 months away will have a normal or higher retainer fee). Setup: (Your job on the day should only be to walk in and smile... so, I take care of setting up your items). Breakdown: (My crew and I will breakdown all items that we brought). Travel (depending on location) Crew: (Any event over 50 people will have a crew person attached, anything over 100 will have 2... this is for timing purpose). I promise you'll be happy with everything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know you as a person. I want to understand what look your going for and how best to make it happen for you. I do require you to fill out a request form that allows my clients to have direct contact with me anytime they wish.
