For my dishwasher, he was able to address the initial issue (re-mounting brackets) but he also added some support at the base to prevent dirther issues. For my furniture, he explained the cause of the problem and gave tips for the future, and for the doors thay were dragging, he explained the cause and was able to adjust them, he was very thorough and careful not to scratch the furniture or the doors, even as he carried the furniture in and outside the house to make needed repairs.
