Gold standard is a company everyone who doesn't want to be scammed out of money should use. These guys were professional and very prompt on their service inquiry. My issue was resolved the same day they came out to evaluate. My water heater is working again and we didn't need to break the bank. I am completely satisfied with their work ethics as well as their communication throughout the whole process.
