- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are flat rate. We give you honest pricing up front so you know what to expect when we get there. NO surprises! Just an honest company with honest employees here to get you back to your daily routine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make a lasting relationship so you won't need to look for another company for your septic service again. When you call to make your appointment we will give you a 4 hour window with a 1 hour courtesy call. Your time is important and you shouldn't have to put your day on hold waiting for someone to show up. So, we will call you 1 hour upon arrival so if you did need to step out, you will know we are on the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience dates back 4 generations in this business. With a passion for customer service and a desire to achieve the highest of standards in all we do, our workmanship speaks volumes.
