I am a first time homeowner. My kitchen sink I thought was leaking because of course I have no idea I just saw water everywhere and A&G was sent over to check it out. Mitch was amazing. Not only did he call ahead of time to tell me the time of arrival but he waited for me to run to Home Depot on the corner after he informed me that it was not my pipes but the faucet. So I ran to Home Depot picked out a new faucet and he installed it on the spot!! This is the BEST SERVICE I have ever experienced. I will definitely use them again since I now remember my basement bathroom tub is dripping. Friendly, answered my questions, my giant Dane dog didnt scare him. So win win all around!!!

I needed a water heater replacement. My service person was Mitch. He was very courteous, professional and performed all work with great skill. Explained everything in detail; took the time to make sure all parts of the job were completed perfectly. Mitch has an extremely good work ethic, and is a great asset to his company. I plan to use A & G Rooter Service in the future.

I chose A&G Rooter Service to replace my leaking garbage disposal. It was a good choice and I very much appreciate the efficient and courteous service rendered by Mitch. He called me over the weekend to let me know his arrival time on Monday. He was on time with a new disposal in hand and quickly had my sink back in business. Mitch sent me a notification 30 minutes before arriving at our home. Mitch diagnosed the problem with our kitchen sink within 10 minutes. He discussed all the options with us before making a recommendation. I would describe our service visit as insightful, detailed, and courteous.
