He also installed a new exterior French door! While he was here he also picked up and installed all of my baseboards! He did such an excellent job! Very efficient and stayed busy all day! The quality of his work is top notch! I can not say enough good things about the work and I highly encourage anyone needing their doors done to call here first! See pictures.

Lobaina’s Sharp Renovations exceeded the standard in every way. The doors were installed on time with careful craftsmanship, careful sealing, transparency on supply costs, and attention to small detail that they could have skipped over and saved a few dollars, but did not. We installed solid week doors so we could sleep better when dogs are barking. They took the initiative of putting a professional grade metal and rubber door runner on the door most affected without my having to ask them to and and no addition cost except for the materials. We replaced six doors perfectly with a two person crew in 12 hours. I plan to work with Lobaina again for future restorations.
