Introduction

Service Includes: Complete inspection of the exterior and interior of your home. Create a continuous treatment zone around the entire base of the foundation, to include the soil, turf or mulch areas adjacent to the structure and around windows and doors.(Spray or Granule depending on weather and time of year) Complete crack and crevice treatment to plumbing and electrical openings. Removal of spider webs and wasp nests(were accessible), under soffits, eves, downspouts and vents. Complete crack and crevice treatments to hot spots in kitchen, bathrooms, utility rooms, basement, etc.(when applicable) Complete bait placement treatment(when applicable) in kitchen, bathrooms, utility rooms, basement, etc. Once a year visual termite inspection. Most people can step on a bug. I like being able to solve a problem and give people a more comfortable life. Getting to know my customers and building a relationship is whats most satisfying. We hired David to do a quarterly pest control service. I did a price comparison with other companies and feel like we got a good deal. He comes out once a quarter to treat for any kind of bugs and pests and if there are any issues in between he'll come out for free. So far we haven't seen any roaches that usually come out at night. Nothing we tried on our own worked before, and I just hate having to deal with them. He also took care of ground bees that took residence in our front yard although that is usually treated by yard maintenance crews. We just recently moved into this house and were looking to take preventative measures against termites. We knew how much our neighbors were paying, and David actually quoted us less. So again--a great deal and a great job. Highly recommend him for how thorough and fair he is. He goes out of his way to help his customers out.

David's customer service was on point- He arrived a few minutes prior to our appointment time, performed a thorough assessment before beginning the application, is highly educated in his field (even taught me some things); complete with a great personality. His service was thorough from start to finish and the price was less than expected- Excellent price considering the quality of service I received today.
