First off, when you need to clean your ducts talk to the right guys - I mean the ones that have heavy-duty equipment. The vacuum cleaners that try to suck it up for $99 is a joke and a total waste of money. Secondly, I judge how a contractor pays attention to details and educating the client. Mike with his team went beyond and above my expectations. I felt almost overeducated with the amount of details that he provided on what exactly and how he'd address the project.
As expected he cleaned all the ducts and I mean cleaned them! They look virgin brand new inside. He also cleaned all the fans, the grids, and everything remotely related to ducts. He cleaned both furnace systems, everything around and the path to them at the attic. I didn't imagine it could be so clean.
They worked 6 hours very hard without breaks and his meticulous attention to details made me a very happy client highly recommending his team to anybody.

AD’s Home Performance was hired to clean our 30+ foot dryer vent. Following inspection of the vent piping, they recommended rerouting the piping to reduce the vent length. They completed the work in less than 2 hrs and did an excellent job.
I initially contacted them late at night. They were at my house the next morning.

Joel was amazing! I wish the app would allow me to choose alll 5 of the ratings because he deserves all of them! He was able to do the job just 3 days after my request on Thumbtack. The price he quoted me included cleaning all duct work, our dryer vent and sanitizing everything. (No up selling/charges.)
Joel is very knowledgeable, kind, curtious and he was respectful of our pets. His service goes above and beyond; he definitely exceeded our expectations. I have added him to my contacts for future duct cleaning and we will be contacting him in the Fall because he also does chimney sweeps.

Only point to consider improvement is to make sure all the area is cleaned well after the duct cleaning- had to point out in few spots & one of the spots were missed & I found once they left( like behind doors).. but if we say it to guys, they’ll do it …

Super easy to work with. They got right back to me, and scheduled quickly. The final cost was slightly more than the estimate, but that's not surprising, since they estimated off-site. They were very prompt, even early, lol! And took care of everything. Were friendly and even made friends with our scared /barking dog.

My experience was great. They worked with my budget and was pretty flexible to make it work for me.
They were slightly delayed on their appointment but kept me informed about the delay. It is appreciated since time and punctuality is very important. They did a good job in cleaning. I see value on what I spent. However I figured later that one or two ducts were not closed so I am hoping they did the job but just forgot to close the covers. Overall I recommend them for service.
