Maybe it was just a single experience that was bad. Sincerely, I hope that’s the case. We had them come out and clean our dryer vent. After they left, our dryer was still giving us an error message. So I went into our crawlspace to inspect, and upon disconnecting some of our dryer venting, I found MASSIVE clogs still present. I ended up disassembling the whole line and cleaning it out myself (which I should have done in the first place). The company was kind enough to give us a refund, but I cannot recommend this company based on our experience. Photos attached of what came out AFTER they “cleaned our vents”.

Derek, We are deeply apologetic for the inconvenience that this may have caused. Our technicians informed us that the dryer vent was indeed split in half and needed repairs. We then issued a full refund as we weren’t able to solve your problem. We will use this feedback going forward and improve. Sincerely we appreciate your response, we are not perfect yet we still strive to do our absolute best.

I had an absolute phenomenal experience. The owner was thorough and took the time to explain the process including the solutions used along with the equipment. He also provided guideposts to help build the confidence of my upkeep between cleanings and disinfectant. As a homeowner, you’re critically skeptical of those who perform maintenance. You often feel you’ve been overly charged and underserved. However, this was not the case, the service provided exceeded expectations for the cost assigned. This local business is is certainly above-average and a Titan in its field!

The quality of the work was great. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because they arrived after the scheduled 2hr window and there seemed to be a bit of confusion between the staff initially. But once the whole team arrived they worked quickly and efficiently. We had no idea how bad the ducts were but we’re so glad we got them cleaned before moving into our new house. Keep in mind that chemicals used to disinfect can be pretty strong so you may want to plan to have some time for the space to air out after servicing. Scheduling was easy and they communicated about the delay so overall I recommend. We’re considering getting the ducts cleaned at another property and plan to use Kwik Dry again.
