Despite the hour, he responded immediately and was able to schedule for the next day! He arrived promptly at his scheduled time and had the old dining room light down and new fixture up super quick. The ceiling fan installation presented a ton of problems. Our living room is two stories with a very sloped, cathedral ceiling. And unfortunately, the ceiling fan we purchased was not compatible. Ivan tried to make it work for us and even made a trip to Home Depot to purchase a new bracket and down rod. He was very patient and professional throughout the whole ordeal. We ended up purchasing a new fan that he was able to install without a problem. We were so pleased with Ivan’s service, we had him come back to install the other fan in our bedroom which is also a cathedral ceiling but not nearly as sloped so it worked there. I needed a new porch light installed at my home, but I wasn’t sure if the light I purchased from Amazon would be a proper fit or if it were possible to use it as a replacement for the existing porch light that I didn’t care much for at my older home! James shared with me that he could let me know right away if it was something he could do for me but he just needed to come out and take a look at it first . After I failed to get back with him, James was kind enough to check back with me to ask if I still needed help with the task- I then gave him my address and he promised to drop by to take a look. He arrived promptly during the time frame given and assessed the job I had asked him to do and he let me know that he could definitely take care of it!! He then shocked me when he said he could do it right away- I actually thought I would have to schedule a time for him to come back to my home!! He clearly knew what to do and completed the job in a short time frame !! He was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable !! My husband shared with James a few other electrical tasks around our home so we will definitely be calling on him again !!
