The technician who came out arrived early and did an excellent job. He respected us and our property and even made friends with our cat. The only reason I’m not awarding five stars is the heavy markup on parts: I was charged $79 for a GFCI outlet that would cost $10 to $20 at Home Depot and $16 for a $6 cover plate. I appreciate and am happy to pay for good work by skilled tradesmen but I’m feeling a little gouged by these parts prices.
