We were looking for a scaled-down payroll service provider that was easy to use. Our previous experience with larger companies was that they promised to pay for any mistakes on payroll that were on their end, but never delivered on that promise. Mac, on the other hand, he has delivered on his promises for a very fair price. My only caution is to make sure you know your local, state, and federal regulations for tax withholding for your business; do not rely on the payroll company to know! I had to do a costly correction because I wasn't aware we are supposed to pay semi-weekly instead of monthly. Mac handled this correction promptly and even gave us a break on the price. I've been using Mac's services since June 2015 and have been happy with the simplicity of use, the prompt action taken on all issues and questions, and the flexibility of the web-based program to handle anything my small company has needed for payroll.
