They did a great job with my vision. We had a small hiccup and I called them and they walked me through a quick fix. My daughter loved the balloons and they made the party a hit. I will definitely use them again.

The Be More Balloons Team is amazing! They were recommended to me by a coworker. The event was right around the corner, but they never made us feel like an inconvenience. Their work was even better than expected-- they included special crown-shaped balloons just for us! I hope I can work with them again in the future.

I am so grateful I found Phyllis from Be More Balloons on Thumbtack! I was planning a graduation ceremony and I had the thought of having balloon decor, but I knew that this would be no ordinary task as the location where we were having the ceremony was fairly large and I didn't want the balloon design to be swallowed up by the stage. I reached out to Phyllis and explained what I was looking for with a few photos for inspiration and measurements for an estimate along the colors we wanted. Then they said they would be able to do the job! Several weeks later one of their team members came out to see the location in person for a more adequate visual of our venue. Then when it came time for them to set up, they came and got to work promptly. Several hours later, our stage was transformed into the most glorious balloon arches I've ever seen! What we asked for is exactly what we received! Between their setup and our ceremony date, one of the arches started to droop a smidge but Phyllis and her team came back the day before the ceremony to fix the drooping arch and make it good as new! Great customer service! Since this was our first ceremony, we didn’t know how it was going to go, but it went so great and the balloons truly made the event even more special! Thank you again to Phyllis and her team for making this such a memorable event. We look forward to working with Be More Balloons again!

I wasn’t able to take it all in until we came back that Sunday and saw people lined up to take pics under the 2022 arch and all the compliments we received in the parking lot and inside. Be More Balloons did exceptional work for my fathers 65th birthday! This was our first big event since covid came about in 2020 and I had the responsibility of handling all decor and was petrified. Phyllis quickly put me at ease and handled everything with a pleasant and calming demeanor. She made and delivered an arch for the entrance, 12 center pieces for the tables, and 2 columns. All were decked out in my fathers favorite colors (purple and gold). I couldn’t have been happier with their work & service! They were early on arrival, responsive all the way through the day of drop off and setup, and are clearly a family oriented business! I will be using them moving forward for all other events!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Be More Balloons, we don’t claim to be the cheapest, only to be dedicated to making YOU and your desired designs come to LIFE!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Really talking with them and making sure I’m clear on their wishes. From there, I like to get an idea of their budget range. There are SO many balloon options, that a target budget range really allows us both to focus in on the desired design. I find that a lot of perspective clients aren’t aware of the time it takes to deliver a professional balloon design.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PLENTY of successful jobs (just read our reviews), successful sales and repeat customers through Dunwoody’s Farmer’s Market. I go for my CBA (Certified Balloon Artist) Exam in July! Wish me luck!!
