- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Really talking with them and making sure I’m clear on their wishes. From there, I like to get an idea of their budget range. There are SO many balloon options, that a target budget range really allows us both to focus in on the desired design. I find that a lot of perspective clients aren’t aware of the time it takes to deliver a professional balloon design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PLENTY of successful jobs (just read our reviews), successful sales and repeat customers through Dunwoody’s Farmer’s Market. I go for my CBA (Certified Balloon Artist) Exam in July! Wish me luck!!
