- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require half the cost of the event as a nonrefundable deposit on booking. This allows me to buy materials and reserve your date. If you need to cancel your event, the nonrefundable deposit can be used towards a future event within one calendar year of the original event. The rest of the event fee is due the Monday before your event. For rentals, a security deposit is required and will be refunded on the return of any damage free rentals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear about what the event is about, the person, business or cause that we’re celebrating or supporting. Then understanding expectations and budget to find the perfect balance of both!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love crafts and custom decor and have always helped with celebrations for friends and family. It was suggested to me that I should turn it into a business because I put the celebrator first!
