Cooper Massey Services were very responsive via the app. They kept communication open prior to arrival. They were very prompt on cleaning day.
They explained everything prior to the duct and vent cleaning as well as being nice professional gentlemen.
They recommended getting your duct & vents cleaned every 2 years, in which I've added them to my calendar for a 2 year check up.

I sent out a message on the 12th of April. I got a reply by the 13th and had the ducts cleaned on the 14th 2020. For my entire 2 story home with 2 units took roughly 2 hours from start to finish. Hopefully, I won't be sneezing anymore as the dirt from units almost filled their vacuum. This a service that I have never done in my life, so shame on me. One thing my HVAC service provider never recommended was to get my ducts cleaned, which could be the reason for the poor airflow to my master bedroom.
The guys were on time. They briefed me throughout the process. He recommended the UV Air Purifier. I decided to get one per unit and to have my ducts cleaned every 2 years. The UV Lights will be replaced at that time. Overall, I was pleased with the service and I look forward to doing business with Cooper Massey in the future. Thanks guys.
