Tina was wonderful. I contacted her to help mediate a issues occurring within a small company I work for regarding boundaries, respect, and balance of responsibilities. From early on, she was very thorough and thoughtful in getting all the information that she needed in order to give us a worthwhile service. I felt comfortable and confident recommending her to my team to lead our mediation. During the mediation, she set the tone for a space where my team could freely express their thoughts and really clear the air and in our follow-up we were able to come up with solutions and a plan of action moving forward.
