⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently worked with Ldmblessed production for a special event, for my brother 30th rodeo theme party and I couldn’t be more impressed! The balloon garlands were absolutely stunning—vibrant, perfectly crafted, and exactly what I envisioned. The attention to detail was incredible, from the color coordination to the overall design, which completely transformed the space. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. They arrived on time, set up everything quickly, and made sure it was perfect before they left. I had full faith that my vision would be executed however it fell flat. At the end of my event this is the message I sent after further evaluations of everything and going back over our text messages regarding what I wanted and asked for a lot was missing .There was supposed to be a red roped entrance with a balloon arch and a sign that said Kia’s Shower. There was minimal balloons downstairs and no outside decorations were done. For this reason I believe an additional $300 should be refunded. I appreciate the work you did but the totality of the vision we discussed was not delivered. If we are unclear on what expectations were not delivered we can gladly go over our communications for the event that we had via text. **there was supposed to be prizes for the games and the winners didn’t receive any prices. There was also supposed to be a “Toy Lady” doing demos and selling merchandise and their wasn’t . I believe that your good at what you do, but somewhere the ball was dropped in what I was asking for. If you would like to discuss this further we can discuss it either over the phone or via text which ever you feel is best. It saddened me that my event didn’t come out as planned, and after expressing my dismay Monique she agreed to give me a refund of $300 dollars that I’d be able to receive in 30 days. However once the 30 days came I didn’t hear from her, and when I reached out she said she didn’t have it have it and her child comes first . Her responds showed a lack of professionalism and disregard for our agreement if there truly was a issue she didn’t have foresight to contact me and let me know that there was a issue and that there would be a delay in receiving my refund. I shouldn’t have to continuously track her down like a debt collector when I brought up her lack of professionalism and inconsistent communication her responds was petty and hostile. So now I’m having to file a small claims case regarding this . Please rethink before booking with her, and make sure you put all your expectations in the contract to avoid going through this same headache that I am!
