Hank E. says, "This company earned five stars for their work on our kitchen floors. They presented well, and their price was excellent. They responded to all of our questions, were here on time over a two-day period, and completed our floors.
However, upon them moving our refrigerator back and forth, we noticed a leak coming from underneath the fridge every time we used the water dispenser -- a leak that we did not see before their work. Thankfully, they were very quick to come out and detect the issue. They were to order the part for the refrigerator and have it installed quickly. It was such a minor issue that they agreed to repair it even though it hadn't been determined how it occurred. We appreciated the fact that they were taking responsibility for it.
That was seven weeks ago, and we have never seen them again. There has been a continuing stream of excuses as to why they haven't returned for what seemed to be a quick and easy repair of our refrigerator. After doing an excellent job on the repair, this part of the story has put a bad taste in my mouth and made it difficult for me to recommend their services again.
I am more than willing to update this review if they honor their commitment and come out to make the promised repairs to our refrigerator."See more
