I had water damage to my floors and reached out to Jose of Souza flooring. He was immediately responsive and offered a reasonable quote. He was on time and completed the project in the agreed amount of time. He also painted my entire house and repaired a portion of damaged ceiling. I am very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend him.

Jose was awesome from start of job to completion. Since I couldn’t list but three reasons I liked working with Souza Flooring, I’m noting all five…work quality, responsiveness, value, punctuality and professionalism. He was all these and more, and what a great guy! He repaired water damaged engineered hardwood and the subfloor, along with spotting where the leak was entering the house and made sure it was sealed going forward. When he told me what I owed, I had to repeat it a few times as I surely thought it would be far more. PLEASE give Jose a shout for ALL your flooring needs!!! Super job, Jose! Thank you! Scott

Well done! Jose’ installed our kitchen floor after our floor was layer incorrectly. He also repaired a part of our floor that no one else knew how to fix. We highly recommend him and will use him again for our flooring needs☺️

We hired Souza Flooring to install 12mm laminate flooring along with baseboards and quarter round in a bathroom, bedroom and two closets. The bathroom concrete floor also needed a crack repaired all the way across. Everything was completed flawlessly. I could not be more pleased! I am retired from field engineering now but have done my share of projects over the years along with completing an addition to our first home and up to designing and subcontracting the building of our current home. I can say that I have never dealt with a more competent, efficient and knowledgeable flooring contractor. From the initial visit, and very reasonable estimate, until completion Jose was prompt, courteous and highly efficient. On time and on budget. Great communication throughout the installation and repair. Thorough cleanup was performed with floors swept and all scrap/trash hauled away when completed. We will be installing additional flooring in a family room, playroom and sitting room in the future with Souza Flooring our number one choice for the job. There are a lot of flooring contractors out there, but you would probably be making a mistake if you did not select Souza Flooring. We very highly recommend him!

I reached out to Hosea to get help with a plywood subfloor issue we were experiencing at one of our investment properties. He replied right away & met me the same day.
