He arrived early and worked very hard to solve the problem. He left to search for a part, which he couldn’t find. He was then honest that we needed to call a plumbing company because the problem was beyond his expertise. He is a good handyman.

NO services rendered for Plumbing service— after on sight quote (2hrs of time for this and an electrical work qoute) the comms simply went dark—-
Despite the strong responses in the App, and the original timeliness (there were scheduling challenges related to the workers’ home life) the reschedule of review of scope was managed relatively well.. however after that— quote never provided— contact kept “stringing me along” with “I will send today”,”tonight” “tomorrow,” Monday and then NO response
The responses on the APP are promising showing at least a high level of accountability on the customer interface— but follow through is not there—-
I have elected to go elsewhere— ultimately no services rendered , after a on sight review (no quote provided) and then effectively ghosted—-
