I hired Coolmax Air to install a new HVAC system in my house. Hassan came on time and complete the job in one day. He cleaned up everything when he was done and made sure I knew how to operate the new system and change the filters. His price was reasonable. Overall it was a good experience.

The HVAC was not turning on last week. I was able to tell that it fails when the gas valve needs to turn on. Got this scheduled and Robert came early morning to change the gas valve. He was very knowledgeable and also helped me with knowing what all the parts are and what I should look for in the future. The gas valve needs to be installed pretty well as it is gas and I’m happy with how it was done. Also, I appreciate when the service person is well prepared with tools and have shoe cover on since most of the house is carpeted.

Replaced my old duct-work from a 20+ year old setup and was quick and efficient. Also worked on another issue that popped up (old blower motor in the furnace went out due to all the junk that accumulated in there). He did a great job of managing the crawl space and installing the new duct work + furnace fan. My AC runs like NEW - seriously it has never been this cold in my house, it feels like a new space! Pricing was great, and the quality of work was great. Would recommend to anyone looking to have work on the HVAC system.

Jack is a nice guy and means well, but use him at your own risk. Essentially he is a one man show so when he has personal problems or other jobs he does not show up nor does he communicate. When he’s on, his communication comes in spurts, so it will seem good at the beginning, however, expect frustration. My biggest gripe is my new HVAC unit stopped working a week after he installed it; I informed him, and he has made no effort to fix it. He is not responding to my calls nor email.

Awesome service. I needed a stove hood range installed, put in a request and received a response from the app with a number to contact. I texted the number and Emmanuel responded. Stan replaced my HVAC and was prompt, answered my questions and was very courteous. Stan has replaced two of my units because I had initially trusted him. One unit install is 12 months in and and 2nd unit 10 months in, I needed to check some of the issues the units were having. As of writing this post he has blocked my calls and messages and has left me to find alternatives despite his invoice saying he offers 13 mth warranty labor. For the 2nd unit he did not replace the drain pan so that got backed up because he couldn't lift the drain pan. So he will take an easy way out on installs. I do not recommend this pro for this particular reason. It is better to pay slightly high price than to go with this pro. What he has is absolutely unprofessional and I hope this post helps you with your decision when making a very expensive purchase.
