Upon arrival, he was polite and professional, getting straight to diagnosing the problem. Once he discovered the leak, he explained the next steps. His proposal for the list of needed repairs was a very fair price with the ability to move forward promptly. We were very impressed with his work ethic. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable and was able to save us money on unforeseen parts that needed to be replaced. He supplied us with everything we needed to get our hot tub up running, cleaned out and ready to use. Jacob was even able to move our hot tub to better accommodate our needs.
