William J. says, "The communication from this company was superb. From text messages, calls and emails, they did well. Michael Riccio was on time and very professional in his approach and the way he explained the procedure and offerings. Pricing was higher than I expected but the above positive points made me feel confident in getting what I was paying for. He was even able to have the work done the same day. Unfortunately, the technicians who did the work did a poor job with my turf, which they had to lift up to run conduit underneath. The previously hidden seems are now much more visible but that isn't the end of the world. What's worse is that they did not dig deep enough and bury the conduit deep enough causing ripples and lumpiness in my turf and you can feel the conduit below it as you walk in that area. The fasteners that weren't previously visible to hold the turf down were left visible and the 90 degree elbows that Michael said would be installed for a cleaner look were not utilized. The techs worked super quickly but that resulted in less than satisfactory cosmetic appearance (Function over Form). At the end of the day the power was connected so I can't be too angry. I just expected better."See more

We had Electric Co install 6 outdoor lights and a ceiling fan. They arrived on time and were very professional. They even came back to rebalance the ceiling fan after the job was complete. The price was fair for the work performed. I would highly recommend them.

I had 18 new high hats installed, 7 high hats retro-fitted, a large hanging fixture relocated and 5 outdoor flood lights installed. The work was done timely and the installers were polite and professional. They tried to keep my house clean and seemed to care about the work they did. I am a happy customer. Update: I had 2 patio ceiling fans installed. Sent photos of the box with details and received a price prior to the install. Upon completion of the work, Chris said the price was much higher due to the fan size ... despite me giving him that information up front for him to quote. I paid because I had no choice. Then, shortly after, one of the fans stopped receiving power intermittently and when I contacted him about it, he blamed the fan maker and said to take it up with them. Then he agreed to come out to look at it. That was months ago, and I have reached out several times and been ignored.
