I called bright and early with a concern I may have bugs. John was friendly and made me feel at ease from the first phone call. He was able to provide a next day appointment as I was eager to have someone come immediately. The next day Victor arrived and used their equipment to heat our entire home and we are now bed bug free.

I had a horrible bed bug experience when I stayed at a hotel earlier this year, so whenever I sense any itch or rash while in my bedroom I automatically think theres a bed bug lurking around. I texted and called the BBE team multiple times, they are always pleasant and reassuring.

This weekend when I woke up with eight "bites" on my neck after traveling, my initial concern was that bed bugs were creeping around our space. I had bite and more bites. They came out the next day and inspected our 6000SF house. They found a few live bugs in 2 places. 2 days later they sent 2 trucks and 2 guys to treat our home. There was no messing around. We have been bed bug free ever since.
