Anthony H. says, "Mr. Brooks (Multus) responded right away to the request I placed on Thumbtack. The following day he came by to inspect the repairs I needed done. There was a lot of rotted siding, T 1-11 ply-wood, on my house and garage. In addition, I requested the replacement of my deck flooring on my patio. We agreed that he would remove, replace all of the decayed wood and paint the newly installed repairs. If there were any additional layers of ply-wood damage or supports, it would be added to the cost. We agreed upon the cost and payment method. Although, hurricane Helene had just passed through our community Mr. Brooks was on time the following weekend and finished the job within a few days. Mr. Brooks is a very conscientious young man. He was on time, he provided an email with the cost, materials and the repairs to be done. He did an excellent job. I award Mr. Brooks with a five star rating"See more
