Julie R. says, "They were quick to respond and were very pleasant. They arrived late but that didn’t bother me. One of the guys didn’t have much moving experience. He needed a lot of guidance. Also, he was not as careful as he could have been (nicked the paint on my door, dragged furniture, putting other stuff on top of my display cabinet in a rough manner). They didn’t bring blankets or wrapping material for my sofa or dresser. They were very careful with my TV (much appreciated). I feel I had to pay for at least an extra hour due to the one guy not being experienced in moving. Also, I feel they ran out of energy due to fasting (no drink or food). I felt bad for them for that. They were drained by the end. I think this contributed to extra time as well. Overall, I would use them again but make sure they bring wrapping materials with them. I would also ask that all movers are experienced or ask for a reduced hourly rate if training (we all have to learn)."See more

He assembled the pool table with benches. He did break a party of the leg which meant we would have to return the table...but was able to fix it and complete the assembly. Very satisfied.

Good: was on time, easy to communicate with, and did finish 3 of the 4 jobs. All 3 jobs he completed were small jobs, like hanging lights, picture frame. Bad: didn't have the right tools so had to come back. Needed help and my husband had to direct and supervise. didn't come back for the 4th job which was the biggest job- pool table assembly. Based on how basic his skills are I doubt he could have done the 4th job even if he came back. Summary- wouldn't hire him again. Not even for small jobs.
