Max removed my old storm door (from lanai to outside), installed the storm door I had purchased and had delivered from Home Depot (Anderson 400 series, 36" by 80", aluminum, including handle, pneumatic door closer, frame, etc, $300 plus $79 for delivery) and took my old door away, When he opened the door carton, he saw that the jamb bracket (used to connect the pneumatic door closer to the door frame) was not suitable for our situation. With his guidance, I identified the needed part online, and purchased the in stock item at Lowes, while Max continued to work on the door installation. It took him an hour and 35 minutes. As he had indicated in his original bid, he charged $200 for the removal and installation but I gave him an extra $20. Excellent job.

Would highly recommend. Fair value for the work performed and timely with initial response and on day of appointment. Fixed the issue with our sliding glass door and screen door, and from what I saw that was not an easy task. Asked permission prior to performing some work that would leave a cosmetic blemish which was impressive as most people would’ve just done the work anyways. If I have or have issues with sliding doors in the future, this will be my first call

We had an awful barn door in our bathroom, he was able to adjust the opening to fit a 30 inch door, he did it so well, so neatly. There is not a speck of dust in my bedroom and he was so kind to remove furniture that was attached to the area of work so that it wouldn’t get damaged.
He also removed the old door, which was pretty large, and moved it to the garage for my husband to deal with later. I am so very happy I found him, it is hard to find good professionals these days.

My sliding patio glass doors was a mess. Rotted termite infested wood. Mike gutted all the rotted wood with treated lumber. He is a top grade carpenter and very meticulous to fine details. Mike is very respectful and kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend him . Next month he is going to install new windows for me. I'm so glad I found this talented carpenter.
