Turns out I needed more than ducts cleaned. Nick D'Alessandro checked out my ducts, discovered I had multiple collapsed areas, recommended a plan to replace ones that were damaged, advised me to keep ones that were more expensive metal ducts with no damage, cleaned the unit coils, drain pipe, sanitized the ducts, and the pricing was great. Him and his team cleaned, hauled away the trash and I couldn't be happier. I will recommend Blizzard Air Solutions and use them again for all my AC needs.
