Chef Ashley prepared an amazingly delicious and beautiful meal for our intimate wedding dinner for 24 guests. She personalized the menu to idealize our vision for the special occasion. The food presentation was attractive, distinctive and inviting. The complementary flavors and textures were exquisite, the spices were identifiable and perfectly balanced yet not overpowering to the pallet. Chef Ashley was organized, timely and professional. Her passion for creating a memorable dining experience was evident in her attention to detail in all her dishes. Each guest complimented Ashley on her menu design, preparation and taste. She was instrumental in making our wedding dinner so absolutely special for us and we will always cherish the dining experience. We can’t wait to have her re-create the meal for our first anniversary!

Chef Ashley was absolutely OURSTANDING! Her knowledge of our menu and her ability to teach a group of Senior Citizens in the Art of Rolling Sushi was amazing! She was patient, informative, and totally at ease in her explanations. She kept us listening, laughing and best of all; she left us with the Basic Ability to roll Sushi on our own! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to have a fun and informative class on the Art of Making Sushi. Thank you Chef!

Ashley taught our group the start to finish process of how to buy, prepare and make some beautiful sushi dishes customized to our large group of 10's individual tastes and styles. Wonderful class that the entire crowd enjoyed!

Ashley is an amazing chef. I'm gluten free and she makes the best food, including baked goods and treats. I never feel like I'm missing out. Not only is she an awesome chef, but she gives great cooking lessons too - really informative and down to my level. Not to be overlooked are her incredible marshmallows, granola - and my personal favorite - the caramels!!!! Amazing!

Ashley is an amazing chef! We have had the privilege of trying her marshmallows and sea salted caramels and they were absolutely incredible. She created custom marshmallows for my bridal boutique and we are now able to offer a signature "treat" to all of our brides who come in the store. She is a true chef and treats every order with care and precision. Her marzipan marshmallows are also incredibly flavorful and a boutique favorite!
