Gary H. says, "Abe at Comfort Air was truly a great technician and easy to work with. He also complimented me on my installation of the air handler in the attic, the cleaning and reinsulating of the ducts and the plenum connections with silicon adhesive and tape. He couldn't believe I did it all alone and worked hard for 3 weeks including using a winch to lift the air handler into the attic. He said I must have been a very hard-working engineer before I retired. Abe appeared on time for the estimate and for the installation. Everything went very smooth, and he is such a nice man. He found that one of the control wires must have gotten broken in the attic, so we put 2 heads together and quickly decided to run a new wire. He drilled a hole in the outside soffit while I went up into the attic, crawled out to the eaves and grabbed the wire. Within 15 minutes after that he had our system blowing ice cold air!"See more

He promptly came over, fixed the problem, educated us on how to keep up with routine maintenance, and was just an all around delight.
