My slider door to the back patio had serious wheel and track issues. I did my best to clean the tracks and spray lube into the wheels but no luck. Door required way too much effort to open and close. Contacted HGD. They came over and swapped the wheels and added track guide guards. They conducted maintenance to all applicable components. Great job! Very impressed! When I went to open it, I almost threw the door through the wall and had to grab it to slow it down. It was sliding so fast without any effort. My door was a monster to open! No joking. Thank God I called HGD. I appreciate them very much. A+ 100% Thank you.

Martin responded quickly to come out for estimate. He gave me a reasonable and fair price and liked him right away so I set up appt for him to do the job. He came with another worker, Owen. They were both very professional, friendly, thorough and helpful. They did a beautiful paint job on my double entry doors and resealed them also. They also painted my bathroom exterior door and trim that turned out great. I highly recommend All American Builders and will use them again!

I hired Dan to install doors, baseboards and casings. Dan is a nice guy, his prices are affordable, but the 2 things I'm unhappy with are, 1st: the lack of quality in his work for someone who claims to be a carpenter for 20+ years (doors not level/plumb, reveal 1/4"gap on top, trim didn't match on corners, joints cut at 90d instead at 45d like a real carpenter would do), 2nd: he left the job undone (1 closet without baseboards, 1 casing not installed, a few other things). It seems to be a trend, people get paid and never come back or disappear on you, or tell you they'll come back and never do like Dan did to me.
Dan also claimed to know how to paint, gave me a good estimate, but the quality was horrible both on spraying the doors and hand brushing the trim, not to mention applying caulking to hole and gaps. I had to hire a real painter and Dan still charged me for painting.
Again, nice guy, but business and work wise lack quality.

The painting and wall repair were great (this house was a mess from a rental). Jake and his crew hung all new doors and even tossed in hanging some ceiling fans, replacing vent covers, etc.
The work was great, communication and professionalism were top notch.
I highly recommend and am already moving on to my next project with this company!
