Needed a front door and jam replaced. Quick to respond, asked the right questions, provided a quote and established a time. Arrived early which I was hoping for, and turned out my previous door was the DIY stuff of nightmares. All American Builders & Painting worked hours to undo that atrocity, get my new door installed, and get it done right. Despite the incredible increase in difficulty, I was charged what they quoted me. With their phenomenal professionalism, determination to get the job done right, and an unbeatable value for such quality, I can't think of a reason why you would go with anyone else. I mean that.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally bid jobs on sight . Just to many unknowns without seeing the job. As far as hourly work. We have a $90 minimum for the first 1 hour For example if we come install or I should say work on a project for you and it takes 20 min .The bill will still be $90. I
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First phone contact and assessment of job. Normally I like to meet and see the project before bid just to see what is needed.

20 years of experience. In all my fields. Every day is different
