- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing fair and honest. Every job is different, so we take the time to understand what needs to be done before giving you a quote. There are no hidden fees—what we agree on is what you pay. For repeat customers or multiple projects, we’re always happy to work something out to help with cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’ll have a conversation—either over the phone or in person—to understand what you need. If it’s something we can handle, we’ll come out, take a good look at the job, and give you a clear estimate. Once we agree, we set a day to start and show up ready to work. We always keep the space clean and make sure you’re happy every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has come from years of hands-on experience. I’ve been doing this type of work for over 20 years, learning everything from electrical to plumbing and repairs by doing it with my own two hands. I’ve worked under seasoned professionals and learned by fixing things the right way—by being patient, paying attention to detail, and never rushing the job.
